NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, certain products such as opened or used beauty items cannot be returned.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
